Use Of The App
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data in unauthorized ways.
Apple Platform Terms
If you download or use the app through Apple platforms, Apple’s platform terms, App Store rules, and the standard Apple end-user license agreement may also apply unless a custom end-user license agreement is presented in the relevant App Store listing. These Terms of Use are intended to complement, not contradict, those Apple terms.
Game Content
Bosonium retains rights to the game, artwork, branding, text, and related materials unless otherwise stated. Purchasing or downloading the app does not transfer ownership of the game or its intellectual property.
Progress And Availability
Game progress may depend on local storage, Apple services, or supported platform features. Bosonium does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of cloud saves, leaderboards, or any specific online feature.
In-App Purchases
Optional in-app purchases, if offered, are handled through Apple. Pricing, billing, refunds, and purchase management are subject to Apple’s policies and the rules of the App Store.
Updates
Bosonium may update, adjust, rebalance, improve, or remove parts of the game over time, including progression systems, rewards, or features, where appropriate.
Warranty Disclaimer
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Bosonium does not promise that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Bosonium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the law of your country of residence. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
